This is in regards to the new moderation.
Regular members are not allowed to post in others test results, the only thing the testee should be post is acceptance or complains.
This rule has been in place since the creation of VDA, but the enforcement has been lacking, until now.

No, it's spam, the rule existed before, don't question it, you can congratulate them in the chat where they go right after the test.

actually king, there is no rule about that in the rules and guidelines, maybe you should read through them before making something like this. Also bro, your kinda becoming a back seat mod atm. Just chill and if something is bothering you pm an admin or a mod and something will get done.

Alright, fair enough, but it still isn't an unnecessary post. There is no specific rule saying that they cannot do that, now if you wanna make a rule than you should make a suggestions thread, but it technically isn't a rule as of yet.
1) Don’t make unecessary posts.
1.1) Don’t make replies with only 1 or 2 words (I.E. wtf?, LoL, etc). This will counted as spam
1.2) Don’t revive topics that have been inactive for a week, except if you’re Bumping your own Dorm room.
1.3) Don’t insult other members in your posts.
1.4) Do not double-post, unless you are bumping your own topic. (Only if the last reply was over 24 hours ago)
1.5) Posting adult content is forbidden.
1.6) Bad language is not allowed.
Those are the unnecessary post rules, what you listed does not break any of these unless its over 24 hours ago.

Just curious, why would it be bad to post in someone's results anyway? you said people can't, but never really gave any reasons why.

They say its a type of spam to congratulate someone on their test results, but I don't see it that way. A lot of forums do that and its a good way to improve post count while staying on topic.
