Main Deck Structure: 10/15 Running more then one galaxy serpent is cloggy and you only need one because searching with heiratic effects is enough. More aklys... Effect os special summoning is op... more aklys. 1-2 more leggionare because more aklys means you need more leggionare... two card pops? yes please. Reigeki is a nono in decks like this where you want full hands, only reason you might not would be for dux but his effects doesn't make for comboing off anything but phalanx. i recommend dropping phalanx and dux down to two. Honestly you don't need zephyros in this deck, He is slow and wastes your normal summon plus his effect is a one time use as well as being a winged-beast so he doesn't mesh with the rest of the deck. 3 upstart goblin... running less than three is a big nono. bump mystelltainn to three or and add a layvaten. Layvaten is too good when combod with either phalanx or aklys.

Main Deck Synergy: 6/10 the deck special summons well but with the cross of winged-beast and dragon the effects are a bit difficult to get off. you'd be better off trying to get it as close to pur dragons as you can if you are going to run dragon rulers and darkness dragon.

Side Deck: 3/10 - don't side dark hole, main it or don;t put it anywhere, more than one system down, more than one debunk, more than one over worked, no prohibition, no kycoo.

Extra Deck: 8/10 - yo only need one of each stardust, runnin multiples makes for less options and less options means less chance of winning.

Use of Cards: 7/10 wasted foolish on a zephyros, honestly i can't see why you would even want to do that when you have a dragon ruler in deck. also used a fiendish chain on pollux which is a classic nono. and wasted bounzer effects on kaus baits

Concentration: 10/10 Eyes were stuck on screen like ugly is on flof.

Control of the Duel: 4/10 had a temp moment of control when he grabbed bounzer from extra and had me held tight for a few turns but that was the extent of his control.

Siding Skills: 1/5 - sided out on of his only two upstart and even got rid of his lv 6 dragon normal monster (name escapes me) which is literally the only reason to have heiratics in the deck so heiratics were made useless.

Ruling Test Score: 5/10
