VDA Affiliation Thread

Hello, members of VDA, this will be the thread for overseeing affiliations. Here, the requirements for affiliation will be discussed, as well as the Terms and Conditions.

Requirements

1. The academy must have a single Head Admin/Founder/Owner who is active. The representative must also specify his/her second-in-command.

2. The academy must have at least 100 registered members and have active members. Proof of this can be shown through a screenshot.

3. The academy must have 1000 messages or more.

Terms & Conditions

1. Affiliation can only be declared by an Administrator. If there are 4 or more admins (incl. Head Admin) then only the Head Admin can declare the affiliation. Other declarations will be considered invalid and deleted.

2. If either academy is featuring something special or innovative, then the other academy WILL have to create a thread advertising the event (PM Ephemeral or RekonZero for more info).

3. Both academies have the right to cancel the affiliation, as long as a notice is issued a week before the termination of the affiliation.

4. Both academies will have to create an affiliates widget where they can post up an icon of the affiliated academy, so that members can click it to be re-directed to said academy.

We are in the process of making a actual affiliate group rather then "ambassadors" but i got super busy last night and couldnt fix it right away
