Dorm Wars. Reds Vs Greens.

Helrow everyone i have a announcement Us Greens, ClashKnight, Laksmi, ZachAttack and Magician of Dark Magic have declared war on the Reds with Neph (who we were trying to get because he was the only red in the Chat box last night) has shown himself to lead the reds into the Dorm Wars, We are Calling for all Greens to join the wars also other Dorms that would like to enter as well.

The Score will be settled in what i call Gauntlet Duels which that in DN Each Dorm will send one of there on to duel the opposing Dorm Duelist, all gauntlet duels will be matches ,the dorm whose duelist had won will receive 2 points as for the loser will receive 1 point.

The points are based off of wins, The more wins u have the better u chances of being in the tournament which i call The Dormania Which will be the Ultimate Tournament to Decide which Dorm is Stronger .

Each Dorm pays 5 points (on may 8 before the tourney) for each duelist they want to be in the tournament, the tournament will be all of matches as for the semi-finals and finals will be 3 out of 5.
The dorm that won the tournament has one of these choices.  I will have the layout of the tourney the day before.

1. Each Member gets decks updated and each member can have a deck made with no cost for  3 months by me (don't worry i am pretty good at making playable decks).

2. Each  Member of the losing dorm becomes servants to the winning dorm's bidding for a entire Year.
3. The Members of the Dorm who won the tournament should receive 1500 DP from the website.
4.The Members of the Dorm that won can Challenge the Omega for ultimate supremacy over the site (beside the admins).
5. Members that won the tournament should be allowed to decide the next card of the week for a entire year.

Gauntlet duels will start on May 4 and end on May 8.
Dormania will be Held on May 10 two days later.
Good luck to All of My Greens and make prism and your admins proud and good luck to you Reds, Blues and possibly Omegas.

Also i would like a list of the names for each participant (YGO,DEV,DN)in the Gauntlet Duels and in the Tournament as the only require to be in the tourney is that you must have dueled in a gauntlet duel in order to be selected by your dorm to compete in Dormania.

Everyone seemed fine until you said tag duels, then it gets sh*tty.

To answer your Question Supdesup u can either be on the red team if u change or let the reds know that you want to fight for the greens.

Don't forget that you got green just beacuse tester felt sorry for you. You know that you're far far away from red, don't you?
As for the event: You complicated it too much. I have participated in dorm wars before but this one is far the most complicated one. Take it easy. All you need is duelist vs duelist, that's it.

Yes, Judu is right. Just keep it simple.

For example:

This Dorm vs. Dorm will be any green vs. any red. If you choose to duel on YGOpro/DevPro, you may tag duel.

-Tagging is fine, as long as points aren't added. To be honest, I rather keep it a hearts format like in wars.

I'll throw my hat into the ring if we keep it simple. I don't have much time for an elaborate event while I'm in the midst of planning one at the same time.

I'm in if we just do Duelist vs Duelist. I can't do Tag Duels

I should be able to join in on that date, it'll be nice to get some interdorm action going on.

As far as I remember, The last time we had a "Chat" Dorm War, I Myself kinda defeated all other Dorm Members.

I don't think that lot of red players would want to participate, beacuse I can see that for myself. I don't feel like dueling with greens neither do I think that lot of others will want to participate.

Sounds good if it could be more organized and thought out

Oh, you don't want to deal with us do you? Well then, looks like we need to show up the reds on this one if they find themselves so much better than us.

Then its Settled i will take out the Tag duel part and just have 1v1 and  is that cool with everyone also i will need to know which side are the none green and red duelists are on i know that mask but the others i don't.

Guys its a good idea but knowing the red dorm none of them will sign up.

Reasons:

A) Greens outnumber Reds like 1:4

B) Most Reds are not interested in non official events especially ones like this no offense meant

C) Most Reds are a bit lazy AF and will only duel for like 1vs1 TOURNAMENTS or Inter acad wars

I doubt this will ever be happening surries :?

If there was prizing then it would be better.
What's the prizing now? Bragging rights that reds beat the Greens? That's like bragging that a guy beat up a girl.

I only use DN...soo....

This tourney will be only be on DN due to people cant do tags so i cut that part out. To answer your question neph its not just bragging rights that the winning dorm gets i made it 1v1 for more organization and this war is more about the members getting able to test their skills against their fellow members and prizing is one of choices i brought. If u want more then please give some examples i would like to use them if u have any.

Well maybe it doesn't have to be ALL the reds or ALL the greens. Maybe it can be the top 3 green vs. top 3 reds and they can do a 1v1. So who ever can 3-2,3-0,3-1 the other side wins. Just a thought.

Also, this should be moved to suggestions.

First of all only Staff may start and end VDA events.this event will not happen without consent. Second you can;t just declare war with only one person....
