Main Deck Structure: 11/15 - Your build is ok at best, to be honest. You definitely need more ZWs, at least 1 more of both Tornado Bringer and Lightning Blade. Unicorn Spear also only works on Number C39: Utopia Ray (NOT V or Victory), so he isn't that useful. Replace him with Slepnir Mail or Asura Strike. Solar Wind Jammer should definitely be replaced with Cyber Dragon. Kagetokage is much better off being replaced with Tin Goldfish, due to its summoning restrictions. Way too many Rank-Up-Magics as well (unless your strategy lives and breathes on Hope Dragon, in which case you would have at least 2). All you really need is 3 of Quick Chaos and only 1 of Barian's Force.

Main Deck Synergy: 7/10 - Its ok. Kagetokage will get in the way A LOT. So many Rank-Up-Magics are cloggy as well.

Side Deck: 0/10 - Only 2 cards: 2 of Inari Fire, which is useless in the Side. Side Decks should prepare you for your opponent's Deck, instead of just cards you wanted in the Main but didn't have room for.

Extra Deck: 8/10 - The two Keepers are unnecessary. You will hardly ever need anything other then Leo Arms (he should be the go-to Rank 5 most of the time), so take out at least 1 of them.

Use of Cards: 8/10 - Brought out both Hope Dragon and 101 in turn 1, which is very unnecessary. With so few counters to whatever your opponent throws at you, you can't afford to throw out everything you can at once. Almost always save 1 potential Xyz for later.

Concentration: 2/10 - Set Kagetokage, Chained Kagetokage to the SPECIAL SUMMON of Star Drawing, Tried to use Hope Dragon's effect on Utopia, claimed Utopia's destruction effect doesn't cause a replay.

Control of the Duel: 6/10 - You had majority control in the first Duel, but I turned it around quickly. I had majority control in the second Duel.
