when making a new acad first step after getting the design right, is to sort out a good staff line up

that's what we need to do. we need consistent active staff that way new members will stay in chat longer. and it'll be organised rather than rushed and shit.

So whether we need to just make fking randomers staff or what idk. but that should be your priority imo

Making randoms staff is no good. It makes for a terribly disorganized environment.

Problem is other than Carly we have no non-staff members who aren't new (I think)

I'm not new. Not to mention that we know how to run the academy, I honestly think this post is dumb, are you just trying to raise your post count?

We do need more members. I am unsure of who is staff at the moment though I have been studying like crazy the past few days. Maybe we can have a thread where members can see the staff? Unless we already have one and I have missed it somehow.

Stress got it, we have a full admin and mod staff team so now its just a matter of getting the rest filled.

Honestly speaking what we have is fine until we can find staff we trust to fill th9ose spots. We need to get the admins/mods together for some talk on how we want to proceed with things are AT LEAST one admin and mod in the chat together. Then things will start taking off.

Well lets set up a skype group full of the admins and mods so that the mods or admins that arent on can read over the convo and not miss much

So stress, you've already pointed out the flaws in the other tester so how about i leave you in charge of testing and recruiting. you can pick your tester crew and then the ones that dont make it can be recruiters.
