Obelisk Homework Assignment #4

Hellow again, JD here, comming with HW for you people.

Introduction
In this Homework, you will be talking about cards that stop this meta's decks. Not Side Deck cards, but cards for Main Deck.

Assignment
Okay, as I said, you will talk this time. I want to see which 5 cards do you think can stop most (if not all) of this meta's decks and not slow down the deck they are in. I will give points even for screenshots where you use the cards you mentioned in one of those decks: Fire Fists, Mermails, Constellars, Noble Knights, Evilswarms, Lightsworns (Chaos is okay, too) and Bujins.

Well what's to talk about? All you need to do is look up the card and read their effects to see why I chose the to go in the deck. And is there a problem with me doing all of them?

HW is HW, if you don't like it, don't do it. Btw, there's lot to discuss about cards and card effects. I will delete your first attempt beacuse a lot of players could copy the cards you said you would use.

I deleted it beacuse you did it wrong, so I gave you another chance. Also, other players would see 5 cards for every one of those decks.

It took me half an hour to gather information about each deck and find cards that give me that advantage and you just delete it? W/e bro. I'm done with the home works here.

HW is HW and has strict rules. Even by writing this I break the rule of posting unnessessarily. End of discussion.

Okay i think i understand what to do if this is wrong sorry but here goes
Here's my five in no particular order
1.D.D.Crow-It is very harsh against bujins, when it comes to fire fist its a counter for wolfbark in the right circumstances(same with sombre Kerykeion in constellars), stops JD at the right time and can hurt mermail abyssgunde if used correctly
2.Spell shattering arrow-its extremely harsh against noble knights and fire fist and good against any deck using tenki
3.Light imprisoning mirror- shuts down constellars and turn JD into a beatstick not a meganuke
4.Mirror of oaths-hurts mermails sphere can suck it and fire fist 3 axis rely on summoning rooster from deck from time to time
5.Kycoo the ghost destroyer-This is a more of a personal choice but man does it hurt the metas wolfbark loses targets same with bujins,gunde,JD,BLS,sombre,and kerykeion
Those are my choices hope i did it right if not sorry

PLEASE read what homework says. Also, look at your friend's, Dragon's post. It should be more like that. You have to explain cards.

Answer is okay, but those cards can slow down your deck. These cards are better for siding, not for having in your main deck. You can try one more time or submit this as your answer.

You guys are all missing the BEST side deck card even main deck.

Thought it was supposed to be side-deck my bad
1.Mystical Space typhoon-pops backrow which does great against noble knights and fire fist also with decks that require time to play through this card can hurt stall
2.Solemn warnings-stops any summon because it doesnt allow the monster to hit the field so the effects can't activate means if it saves itself with an effect it wouldn't also cant be saved with other effs except negation of traps
3.Fiendish chain-stops pretty much all of these deck temporarily with the exception of maybe bujins all these decks require the use of a monsters eff while on the field and thats what fiendish chain stops
4.Forbiden lance-this card is the dual threat it can stop alot of your opponents plays by protecting your monsters also if used during the damage step it can give one of your monsters the edge in a battle
5.Traptrix trap hole nightmare-this card is a no-no to xyz and synchro summons also it stops the sombre kaus combo

D.D. Crow - Stops a lot of things that happen in grave, from mermail plays, grapha, bujins, and even constellars. Nice card overall.

Mind Crush - Much better card than mistake as it makes your opponent ditch cards even from adding from grave. Very good card.

Prohibition - Go on and hate guys. Prohibition is the single most universal side card in any deck, and can stop anything. It's like a miniature ban list for decks you're playing against.

Solemn Warning - The trap that almost everyone mains. So staple. It stops a lot of things, including macro. f*cking MACRO. Stops all summons, regardless of eff or inherent.

Dimensional Fissure - Stops so many plays it's not even funny. Mermails lose to this, Dark Worlds lose, 3.5 Fire Fist (almost) lose, Lightsworn, and even the f*cking DRAGONS. If you have this card or an equivalent, you almost win the duel when playing these decks.

I agree with the cards, but only if you're talking about SIde deck. In this HW you have to talk about best 5 cards for a main deck, that doesn't slow it down and that is good. Good card out of these is Warning. I will give you one more try.

Mst, Pot of duality, Upstart Goblin, Bottomless trap hole, solemn warning and fiendish chain/effect veiler depending on the monster count and trap count.
I think all those cards dont need to be explained as their use is pretty obvious.

If you're going to do the HW, do it as you should. If not, don't post and get a warning for spamming.

Last warning, do the HW or don't do it. It has its own rules. IF you want to do it, do it as rules of this HW say, like everyone so far did it. IF you want to get posts like this, face the consequences.
