| BOTG | Capture the Flag!

First topic message reminder :

Alright children, gather around and listen to what head master Rekon has to say. This is the very first event of the tournament. Its clearly Capture the flag and im going to sit here and teach you nubs how to play.

This event has 4 teams in it: Zeus, Poseidon, Hades and hera cabins.

Each team will receive one flag to protect and hang onto. This flag will be given, At random, to one member on the team. The point of the game is to try and defeat the flag carrier to eliminate them from the games. Remember, dont tell other team members who has the flag because if you do then they will target that member for duels constantly.


So, the rules:

• Each team member will have 2 lives, this means that if you duel another member on the other team and win then they lose 1 of there two lives.
  
• The flag for your team will be given to a random player in your team. This flag carrier will be the heart and soul of your victory.
  
• The flag carrier cannot refuse a duel, no matter what.
  
• If the flag carrier is to lose a duel then the teams flag is considered a "dropped flag" and this means that in order to pick it back up someone from the team needs to win the next duel played, if they lose that duel then the team is eliminated and the flag is considered "Captured"
  
• All teams must have 1 member duel once a day (24 hours) or the most inactive member will lose 1 life. 
  
• Every member must run only 1 copy of there godly parent in order for them to be considered a "valid" participant
  
• If a member is inactive with more then 48 hours of inactivity then PM me and i will decide who gets to take there place.
  
• In the event that two flag carriers duel each other, the rules are the same and the loser drops the flag
  
• The flag carrier MUST let your opponent know in a duel that you were the flag carrier if you lost, if not then this might result in termination from the event.
  

Set up:

• The January Ban list is in effect
  
• Duels will be hosted in Advanced (Unrated) 2/3 match
  
• TCG Banlist (TCG/OCG Cards)
  
• If there is a ruling problem then please contact RekonZero or Watch555 for help, if we aren't on then please try and settle it yourselves.
  
• Banned decks: Exodia, Self-Destruct Button Tie-Out, Final Countdown, and Empty Jar.
  
• Your team will have 24 hours to find and duel a opponent. If your team has a valid reason for not being able to duel, please report to a 'Event Manager' immediately.
  
• Loser has to admit defeat or the winner must post a screen to prove his/her victory.
  
• After each match, at least one of the players must post the results. Confirmation from the opponent, while not necessary, is advised. (Always take screenshots of your victories; you may be asked for them.)
  
• Anyone caught cheating will be punished with 2 warnings.
  
• If a player has to go during a duel, they forfeit it upon leaving. If a player has to go in between duels of a match (during siding), it may continue later.
  
• If screenshots are not submitted, the returning player may not side for the next game.
  
• You may duel anyone from the other team, but they can chose to turn down your request. Each player gets 1 turn down per day. (excluding the flag carrier who cannot ever turn down a duel)

I just want to clarify something, if you capture another teams flag you aren't still carrying there flag after they are eliminated. There flag just disappears

I feel i should also remind everyone that zeus team has been eliminated so they can no longer duel in this event

bump, remember to duel once a day guys. every 24 hour period i will be checking to see which teams havent been dueling and the teams who havent will lose one life from the most inactive member so remember to duel!
