Slifer Homework #2

Alright, Slifer slackers! lol jks

Your homework is to make a deck centered around a banned card; however, you can only use one of that card in your deck. If you need options, here is the F&L list: http://www.yugioh-card.com/en/limited/

And yes, we are going by the new (Januray 2014) list, not the September 2013 one.

Ideas will be judged by how well the deck is built and if I can see the theory-oh behind what you built. If it has the potential to work consistently, then you will get more DP. If the idea is there but it is inconsistent, then you will get less DP.

You have until Saturday to do this if you want the TP reward. Have fun!

Just to clarify, are the other two banlists still in effect? I'd assume they are, but I just want to check.
