Main Deck Structure: 6/15
Your cards are jumbled up everywhere. When you make a deck, it's best to use the "A-Z" button on the side to sort your deck alphabetically, and by card type. Also, I have no idea why you have so many Normal monsters. They're not needed at all, in this deck. If your sole purpose is to make Utopia, I recommend you scrap this deck and utilize a deck that can easily summon two level 4 monsters, like Constellars or Evilswarms. Also, take out Negate Attack, and add some more useful cards like Bottomless or Solemn Warning.
Main Deck Synergy: 3/10
I saw very little synergy with the deck, and you drew bad hands and made yourself go minus in advantage at times.
Side Deck: 0/10
Incomplete and does absolutely nothing. Why is Slifer even in here? I recommend removing everything and adding useful cards like D.D. Crow, Debunk, Nobleman, etc.
Extra Deck: 3/10
I'm going to assume the deck's function is to make Utopia, so I won't comment here. Why do you run Synchro monsters when you have no tuners? Also, remove Thunder End, the 2nd Giant Hand, and all Synchro monsters. Add some good cards like Abyss Dweller, Number 103, Number 101, and Exciton Knight.
Notes on Deck: Very poorly designed, to be honest. I didn't see any "true" function with the deck, and there's definitely lots of room for improvement.

Use of Cards: 6/10
Used his cards with what he had, although, it didn't accomplish much.
Concentration: 2/10
Your concentration was off at several points in the duel. You didn't calculate the atk boost from my Fire Formation spells, and took wrong damage at times. At one point, you attacked my monster and forgot the atk boost, resulting in your own monster's death.
Control of the Duel: 0/10
Held no control at any point whatsoever in the duel.
Siding Skills: 0/5
Didn't side, and the side wouldn't have helped, regardless.
Ruling Test Score: 2/10
Notes on Performance: Need to focus on the duel more and think about your plays before you do them.
