It didn't flow as it should have, not really the best of tech cards included in the deck at all (wrong choice of tech cards)
Run stuff like Solemn warning, D prison, Mirror force and even ring of destuction.

No counters for Nekroz or any counters for Shaddoll/BA
Forced back is an okay card, but really there are better options to run over it such as raigeki, MST and Shared ride. Light imprisoning mirror may also be a good card to run.
I'd cut the extra power out of your side, yes it is nice to have an extra 1000 but most of the time you will be able to draw into it some way.
I'd not run Dark bribe at all in your side deck. Yes it can negate important spells and traps but you wont need it most of the time, besides letting your opponent draw an extra card can be disastrous.

Extra Deck: 4/10 -

Although the deck does not focus on the extra deck, it still is nice to have a full extra.
I think that you should really have about 1 more rank 3 . Cards like Leviar, Number 30, String djin and Anjineer really can help you get along.
Gachi Gachi, Armoured Kappa and Herald or pure light are all rank 2's you may want to consider.

World is fine. Usually yes the priestss build would be better but this format books cant keep up so you go for World + Nuke plays there very good when u pull them off.

Shining elf IS necessary u wanna pull him off to get over bigger monsters with Elf + Power play when u have no good plays its not bad and i do it often

PWWB is not BAD in general if ur running the world build its fine to run at 1 maybe 2 TOPS although personally i dont like it i wouldnt say anything to anyone running it

"Wider varitey of rank 3's" you really dont need more then 3 like iv been palying books for 2 years and made a rank 3 a total of around 4 times i believe xD its a VERY RARE play u make in DESPERATE scenarios.

"Temp at 2" if hes playing world build it should be at 3 end of story

Thats about it for my comments no hate to luke ofc just what i think.

most of what luke put down was my advise so no hate on luke. I personally tried the world deck awhile back but havent really considered it in this format.
